This site and its content are provided for general informational and promotional purposes related to our programs, including but not limited to Feast Week, Coffee Week, Deli Days, and other future initiatives.

2. Restaurant Participation
Restaurants, cafes, and food-related businesses that sign up for participation in our programs agree to:
Submit accurate business and contact information
Provide promotional materials (menus, images, logos, etc.) by the posted deadline
Allow Dine Out Riverdale to use submitted materials for promotional purposes on our website, social media, print materials, and email campaigns
Participation is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. All payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us. If materials are submitted late or not at all, we reserve the right to exclude the business from certain promotional features without refund.
Each event may have its own specific Terms and Conditions, which must be reviewed and agreed to at the time of sign-up.
3. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through third-party platforms such as Stripe or PayPal. In limited cases, cash or check payments may be accepted with prior arrangement. Participation is not confirmed until payment is received and cleared.
Refunds will not be issued unless:
The event is canceled by us
You are deemed ineligible and no promotional content has yet been created or shared on your behalf
4. Merchandise Sales
We may offer branded Dine Out Riverdale merchandise for sale through our website or authorized third-party vendors. All merchandise sales are final unless an item arrives defective or damaged.
To request a replacement or refund for defective items, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party fulfillment or shipping providers.
You may not reproduce, resell, or modify our brand assets or merchandise without prior written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the Dine Out Riverdale name, logo, brand assets, photos, video, design elements, and original written copy — is the intellectual property of Flexis Media, LLC, unless otherwise credited.
Participating businesses retain ownership of their own submitted logos and media, but by submitting them, they grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use those materials for event promotion.
6. Third-Party Links
We may link to external sites, such as participating businesses, sponsors, or vendors. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or privacy practices of those websites.
7. Limitation of Liability
Participation in our events and use of this website is at your own risk. Dine Out Riverdale is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of revenue, missed business opportunities, or other harm arising from your use of the site or participation in our programs.
We do not guarantee increased customer traffic, sales, or business results from your participation.
8. Restaurant Responsibility & Consumer Acknowledgment
Dine Out Riverdale (“DOR”) acts solely as a promotional platform and does not operate, manage, or control any participating restaurants. All menu items, pricing, availability, hours, policies, and service quality are the sole responsibility of the respective restaurant.
While DOR makes every effort to share accurate information provided by participating venues, we do not guarantee, warrant, or assume responsibility for its accuracy or reliability. Participating restaurants may modify their offerings at any time without prior notice.
Any concerns, disputes, or issues related to food, pricing, service, or overall experience must be addressed directly with the restaurant involved.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
