Dine Out Riverdale Event Participation Terms & Conditions

Participation Guidelines

By registering, you agree to the following terms:

  • Dine Out Riverdale reserves the right to accept or reject any business for any reason.

  • Participating businesses must be located in or directly serve the Riverdale, Bronx community.

  • Dessert-only establishments and national fast-food chains are excluded from participation.

  • Businesses must be open to the public and serve food on-site during the promotional week.

  • Participants agree to operate during their normal hours, including evenings and weekends unless otherwise stated.

  • Menus must be available for dine-in; takeout/delivery will not be promoted but may be offered independently.

  • Restaurants may opt for lunch only, dinner only, or both

  • Restaurants must have server table-side service and seating for at least 10 people

Key Deadlines

  • Registration, Payment & Logo Due: September 18, 2025

    • Payment must be made online via dineoutriverdale.com. Cash/check options are available upon request.

  • Menu Due: September 18, 2025

    • Menus received after this date may not be included in launch promotion.

  • Social Media Content: September 18, 2025

    • The photos or video per your tier must be submitted in order to be scheduled and planned.

All menus, logos and social media collateral must be submitted via dineoutriverdale.com/menu-upload or emailed to info@dineoutriverdale.com. Submissions via social media or other channels will not be accepted.  

Submission not recieved by due dates will be considered forfeit and non-refundable.

Participation Fee

Your participation fee supports event promotion and operations:

  • Fees are tiered based on your selected package (Basic, Enhanced, or Premium).

  • Payment is due upon registration.

  • Fees are non-refundable, even if you withdraw from participation after submission.

Menu Pricing

  • Restaurants wishing to participate in Lunch Service must include a 2 course pre-fixe for Lunch

  • Restaurants wishing to participate in Dinner Service must include a 3 course pre-fixe for Lunch

  • Restaurants wishing to participate must offer AT LEAST 10% OFF their regular prices.

  • Alcohol is permitted to be part of the Pre-Fixe Menu. Restaurants must have a substitution available for non-alcohol drinkers.

  • Taxes and gratuity are not included.

  • You must select one price point per meal time. You may not offer multiple price points for the same meal.

Promotion & Media

  • Restaurants will be listed on the official event page at dineoutriverdale.com.

  • Inclusion in social media promotions is based on your tier selection.

  • Static and/or video content must be submitted in proper formats by the deadline to guarantee use.

  • Dine Out Riverdale does not guarantee additional earned media or influencer attention.

Legal, Licensing & Ownership

  • You retain ownership of all submitted logos, videos, and marketing content, but grant Dine Out Riverdale and Flexis Media, LLC a royalty-free license to use these for event promotion.

  • You affirm that you have rights to use and submit any artwork, logos, or likenesses of individuals in your promotional assets.

  • You may not use the Dine Out Riverdale or Feast Week names, marks, or logos without written approval.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree to:

  • Release Dine Out Riverdale, Flexis Media, LLC, and its partners (“The Organizers”) from any liability arising out of the event.

  • Indemnify the Organizers against any third-party claims resulting from your participation or submitted materials.

  • Understand that changes or cancellation of the event are at Dine Out Riverdale’s sole discretion.

Communication & Privacy

  • You consent to receive event-related updates via email from Dine Out Riverdale or its organizing partners.

  • Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event-related communication and logistics. See our Privacy Policy for details.

General Disclaimer

DineOutRiverdale.com will include disclaimer language similar to thefollowing:

Dine Out Riverdale makes no representations or warranties about the information provided in theRiverdale RESTAURANT WEEK website or other related collateral. Dine Out Riverdale hereby disclaims anyresponsibility and/or liability for failure by any third party to honor the offer or for any errors, omissions, incorrectinformation, or other misprints that may appear. Offers are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.Offers cannot be combined with other promotions, savings or offers, and do not include tax, gratuities or servicecharges. Additional restrictions may apply.

 

Content of the final General Disclaimer language may be subject tochange at the sole discretion of Dine Out Riverdale.

Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

  • Any disputes arising from participation shall be settled exclusively in Pennsylvania state courts.
